Online Durak beta has a separate privacy policy / политику. This page covers only the offline Card Jump app and its /game/ browser version.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers Kozyr: Card Jump («Козырь: прыжок») version 1.0.0 and its browser version at kozyr.app. The developer is Mazytik Dev. Privacy requests: vartos159@gmail.com.

2. Android app: local data only

The Android app works offline. Language preference and highest score are stored on your device using local app storage. The app does not transmit them to us. It has no registration, advertising, analytics, purchases, financial transactions or online multiplayer. It does not access contacts, microphone, camera or location. Android cloud backup is disabled. We do not collect or share personal data through this version of the app.

3. Website

The website stores the same preferences and score in your browser’s local storage. There are no advertising or analytics trackers. To deliver the website, our hosting provider Hetzner processes connection data such as IP address and requested resource. Routine access logging for kozyr.app is disabled. Technical error logs may contain IP addresses, request details and timestamps and are used only to troubleshoot and protect the service; logs rotate daily and retain up to 14 rotated files. They are not used for advertising or sold. The website and game assets are hosted by us.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Where applicable, technical processing is based on our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website. Local game settings are used to provide the functionality you request. Emailing support supplies the address and information you choose to send; these are used to handle your request. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and any applicable legal obligations.

5. Control and deletion

For Android: Settings → Apps → Kozyr → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall. For the website: clear site data for kozyr.app in your browser. There is no server account to delete. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing by emailing us, and complain to your local data protection authority. We may not be able to identify your local-only score or settings.

6. Audience and third-party services

The project is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data. Google Play processes store, installation and testing information under Google’s own policies; this is separate from data collection by the offline app. Any transfer of support or hosting data is subject to the relevant provider’s safeguards and applicable law.

7. Updates

The countdown is an estimate, not a promise of new features. Future accounts, payments or network features are not present in this version. If they are introduced, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before use.
